Arsha Pamir is a dedicated  Certified Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in emergency medicine and over 24 years of experience in plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures. She began her nursing career in the Emergency Room, where she developed critical clinical skills, precision, and the ability to perform confidently under pressure qualities that continue to shape her practice today.

Throughout her career, Arsha has had the privilege of working alongside highly skilled plastic surgeons and experienced injector nurses, gaining extensive knowledge in aesthetic medicine. This experience has allowed her to develop a refined aesthetic eye and a personalized approach to treatment planning, ensuring that each patient receives recommendations tailored to their unique facial anatomy and goals.

Having over 16 years of experience as a Master Esthetician in dermatology and plastic surgery, Laura has performed countless luxurious facial treatments on all skin types including those of high-profile guests. She completed years of extensive esthetic training in advanced facial treatments such as microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, ultrasonic technology, peels, micro-current technology, micro-needling, dermaplaning, ingredient knowledge, and lymphatic drainage, and prides herself on keeping up to date with new technology, treatments, and products by dedicating time to attend numerous conferences, seminars, and exclusive training events.

Here at The MedSpa at Washingtonian Plastic Surgery, Laura’s approach to skin care begins with listening to patient’s concerns, offering personalized treatment plans based on their skin care goals, and providing education including proper at-home care instructions.
