“Modern Family” actress Ariel Winter recently had breast reduction surgery, going from a size 32F to 34D. The 17-year-old said she was subject to cyberbullying and was in constant physical pain. More than 114,000 women had reduction mammaplasty last year, according to the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.” According to Glamour online.
